If one of your items was not processed, it might be due to one or more of the following reasons:

• The content contains copyrighted material
• The content contains illegal or obscene material
• Your media is not in a format we are able to process
• Your videotape required repair for transfer and we were unable to get in touch with you for permission to proceed
• The quality of the tape or film was so poor that we could not process it
