What you will receive: 

• Digital Download: You will have access to your transferred photos and videos through our MemoryCloud service for 90 days, where you can view and download your photos and videos to your devices.
• Option Outputs: You can choose to add USBs and DVDs containing your transferred photos and videos.
• Original Media Returned: Your original digital device will be securely returned with your order.

Digital Download features (accessible in MemoryCloud for 90 days): 

• View and download to your computer, smartphone, or tablet 
• Order additional USBs or DVDs 
• Add your transferred photos and videos to Google Photos for easy sharing and storage

DVD features: 

• DVD resolution slideshow movie of your digital images/videos (each image will be displayed for 7 seconds)
• DVD chapters created at natural scene breaks 
• DVD case with thumbnail images of each chapter 
• Title, theme and music accompaniment (if selected) 
• 3 music video trailers (1 minute each) 

USB features: 

• MP4 video file of each digital video (maximum resolution of 1920x1080)
• JPEG image file of each digital image
