1. Choose Your Media: From the Shop All page, select the type of media you want digitized (video, film, photos, etc.). 
2. Checkout and Payment: Click "Checkout" to proceed, then enter your payment details to cover the estimated cost of media transfer, selected output(s), and shipping. Don't forget to apply any discount codes or gift cards!
3. Send Your Media: After placing your order, check your confirmation email for detailed instructions on how to securely packaging and shipping your media to us.
4. Processing: Once we receive your items, our team will inventory check your media and start digitizing it.
5. Receive Digitized Memories: After processing, we'll send you a final invoice if there are any extra costs for additional media beyond what you estimated. Once payment is complete, we'll securely return your original media long with your digitized files.
