A: Placing an order is easy! Here's a step-by-step guide:

1. Choose Your Media: From the Shop All page, select the type of media you want digitized (video, film, photos, etc.). We offer digitizing services for a wide variety of media formats.

2. Proceed to Checkout: Once you've chosen your media, click the "Checkout" button to proceed.

3. Payment: Continue to checkout and payment. This covers the cost for the media transfer(s), selected output, and the roundtrip shipping fees. Be sure to add your discount code of gift card.

4. Sending Your Memories: After completing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions on how to securely package and ship your media to us.

5. Processing: Once we receive your items, our team will complete an inventory check of the media you send and begin processing. 

6. Invoice of Final Payment: We'll send you a final invoice via email if there are any additional costs associated with these services.

7. Receive Digitized Memories: Once you approve and pay the final invoice, our team will finalize the digitization process. After completion, we'll securely return your original media along with your digitized files.
