I need to change my order. What should I do?
We understand plans can change! Here’s how we handle different order adjustments:
- Adding more media? Just include the extra items in your shipment. We’ll process everything you send, update your order, and invoice you for any additional media.
- Sending fewer items? No problem! Include a note in your package, and we’ll adjust your order and issue a refund for any unused portion after processing.
- Need to add outputs (USBs or DVDs)? Let us know! We can update your order before processing.
- Shipping label issues? If you need a new label or want to switch to a different shipping method, contact us for assistance.
- Address change? If you need to update your return shipping address, let us know as soon as possible so we can ensure your memories are sent back to the right place.
- Want to cancel your order? If you haven’t shipped your media yet, reach out to our team for cancellation options.
