1. Create or log into your MemoryCloud account using the email associated with your order.

2. Select the video you would like to download the Enhanced Content for by clicking the 3 dots below it (bottom, right)

3. Click “Download” to request the Download of your videos.

4. You will receive an email once your videos are ready for download, which will include a link to download your memories 

5. Click the link in your email to return to MemoryCloud. You'll be prompted to log in to access your download. Select the video that is ready to download by clicking the 3 dots below it (bottom, right)

6. You will be prompted to download your memories. Click “Download” 

7. Go to your Downloads folder and double click the ZIP folder that coincides with your order information 

8. A folder will appear above the zip file that contains your Enhanced Content in separate folders (Highlights and Extracted), along with an mp4 file of your video
